Banyan Global holds the Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, awarded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/El Salvador. This $800 million regional IDIQ supports USAID’s Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) Missions to address the root causes of irregular migration to the United States. This objective will be achieved through projects that strengthen economic stability and growth; bolster good governance and transparency; reduce gender-based violence; promote respect for human rights and a free press; facilitate solutions around irregular migration; improve resilience to climate change, food security, and health threats; and confront high crime rates and insecurity.  The CARSS IDIQ will also support USAID to strengthen the capacity of local partners and provide technical assistance and management expertise to LAC Missions.
