On behalf of the United States Agency for International Development’s Banking on Health project, Banyan Global created and delivered this two-day training workshop for private health providers in Zambia. Banyan Global is now delivering it to providers through the Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) project. The workshop covers business planning for health care providers and is a follow-on course to Improving the Financial Health of a Medical Practice.
