Banyan Global implemented the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Zimbabwe Gender Assessment and Analysis for Feed the Future. The assessment report provided USAID/Zimbabwe with recommendations for integrating gender considerations into USAID’s 2012―2017 Feed the Future Strategy and USAID/Zimbabwe Mission strategy. The research focused on identifying and providing recommendations to address systemic gender imbalances in terms of food security, participation in contract farming schemes, and access to land, inputs, credit, and markets.
