Banyan Global was a prime contractor for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning’s Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER) flagship Monitoring and Evaluation indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, providing technical and advisory services for performance and impact evaluation, local capacity building, and performance monitoring activities at the mission, bureau, and agency-wide level. This was a 5-year, $450 million contract that worked globally to provide USAID missions with assistance to conduct baseline surveys, performance evaluations, and sector assessments.

Under this IDIQ, Banyan Global carried out the following work:

• Evaluation of the Strengthening HIV/AIDS Interventions in Djibouti (ROADS II)
