Banyan Global is a subcontractor to Black & Veatch on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Investments in Developing Energy Assets (IDEA) Activity. The IDEA activity aims to improve regional energy supply, security, reliability, and efficiency by supporting large and mid-size capital investments across all energy sector value chains in partner countries in Europe and Eurasia, including Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Greenland, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Ukraine, and Serbia.

The activity identifies and assesses investment opportunities, supports the development of the most viable investment projects, and by extension, assists with opening markets for U.S. businesses and technologies.
