Improving Private Health Sector Lending in Nigeria

A 2009 survey showed that the financial and business development needs of private health care providers in Nigeria were largely unmet. In response, the SHOPS project provided technical assistance to Accion Microfinance Bank (ACCION) in order to help the bank better understand the private health sector and ultimately provide high quality financial products and services to this sector.
