Banyan Global was awarded the evaluation under the USAID-funded Monitoring and Evaluation IDIQ.  This independent evaluation will assess the performance of the ROADS II, which is designed to reduce HIV/AIDS transmission among the most vulnerable populations living in and around the Djibouti-Ethiopia transport corridor.
