The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contracted Banyan Global to carry out a COVID-specific activity-level gender analysis to support USAID/Perú’s Alliance for Social and Economic Recovery in the Peruvian Amazon Activity. The aim is to help the activity to integrate gender equality and women’s empowerment, and also to do no harm, in its programming to prevent and mitigate COVID-19. The report structures its findings and recommendations around the activity’s intermediate results, crosscutting themes, and key populations.
