The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Honduras, through the Empleando Futuros project, conducted a COVID-Specific Gender Analysis to support the project in integrating gender-responsive programming and mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on its workforce development and economic recovery activities. The report analyzes and identifies opportunities to integrate gender equality, women’s empowerment, and social inclusion in project activities in the context of the ongoing social and economic changes due to COVID-19.
