Success Story: Building Economic Resilience and Autonomy

Aimée (“Sarah”) Furaha Bisuro is a 25-year-old mother of three. In August 2018, through the group Hope to Live (Group Espoir de Vivre), a partner of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Feed the Future Strengthening Value Chains Activity, Ms. Bisuro participated in the Gender Action Learning System (GALS) training where she was able to join other women and youth from the coffee, soy, and bean value chains to discuss innovation and entrepreneurship.

Banyan Global is a subcontractor to Tetra Tech ARD on the USAID Feed the Future Strengthening Value Chains Activity.
