Banyan Global Wins USAID Evaluation, Monitoring, and Learning Services (EVAL-ME II) IDIQ
Banyan Global has won the Evaluation, Monitoring, and Learning Services (EVAL-ME II) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, awarded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The purpose of the EVAL-ME II IDIQ is to provide technical and advisory services for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) to the USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning at the operating unit and Agency-wide levels.
Task orders under EVAL-ME II will support USAID in meeting MEL requirements and assisting countries to become more self-reliant. Activities may include: designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies and assessments; conducting evaluation syntheses or synthetic reviews; providing technical assistance in performance monitoring; providing monitoring services, developing and delivering evaluation and monitoring training; supporting the agency in learning from evidence to adapt programming; and supporting implementation of knowledge management practices and services.
Banyan Global is delighted to partner with USAID on this important initiative, continuing its work under the previous EVAL-ME IDIQ. Banyan Global’s EVAL-ME II consortium partners include The Mitchell Group, Democracy International, and Environmental Incentives.
