Banyan Global Wins Regional Integration and Stronger Economies (RISE) IDIQ

Banyan Global has won the Regional Integration and Stronger Economies (RISE) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, awarded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Kenya and East Africa (KEA). As a small business prime holder of this $95 million regional IDIQ, Banyan Global will support USAID/KEA to strengthen regional economies through improved market systems, trade, finance, and policies in Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.

RISE will assist USAID to improve financial service access to businesses across the region; strengthen market systems; increase cross-border trade, including the region’s competitive landscape; and bolster the transparency of East Africa’s policy frameworks. Banyan Global will support the design and implementation of programming to support regional resilience to mitigate, adapt to, and recover from shocks and stresses that reduces chronic vulnerability and facilitate inclusive growth. Banyan Global is delighted to partner with USAID/KEA and consortium partners Chemonics, NCBA/CLUSA, and AGRA on this important initiative.
