Banyan Global has won the Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). This five-year BPA will support MCC’s GSI Division through a series of call orders to provide a range of gender and social inclusion due diligence support and oversight throughout MCC’s program development and implementation processes across the sectors where MCC works to maximize sustainable poverty reduction across MCC partner countries.

This work could include conducting initial country and sector analyses, designing programs and conducting additional assessments, providing oversight and monitoring of program implementation, and supporting learning and development for GSI in a range of sectors, including agriculture; education; energy/renewable energy; health; land and property rights; roads and transportation; water, sanitation, and irrigation; environmental and social performance; social inclusion; trafficking in persons and sexual exploitation and abuse; and women’s economic empowerment.
