PPL/LER Monitoring and Evaluation IDIQ, 2015–2020

Banyan Global is a prime contractor for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning’s Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (PPL/LER) flagship Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, providing technical and advisory services for performance and impact evaluation, local capacity building, and performance monitoring activities at the mission, bureau, and agency-wide level. This is a five-year, $450 million contract that is working globally to provide USAID missions with assistance to conduct baseline surveys, performance evaluations, and sector assessments.
