Solicitud de Aplicaciones/RFA-Empleando Futuros
Empleando Futuros, el proyecto de Desarrollo de la Fuerza Laboral en Honduras financiado por la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID), dispone otorgar diversas subvenciones a organizaciones registradas en Honduras que puedan prestar los siguientes servicios para el entrenamiento dirigido a jóvenes en riesgo: (1) Reclutamiento y Selección de jóvenes según los datos demográficos establecidos; (2) Coordinación con organizaciones externas para que faciliten capacitaciones en Habilidades para la Vida y Competencias Laborales Básicas, así como servicios de Terapia Cognitiva Conductual, (3) Proveer servicios de mentoría a través de un mentor interno, y (4) Colaborar y coordinar con los centros de formación profesional que proveerán formación vocacional en su primera ronda de subvenciones mediante Solicitud de Aplicaciones (RFA). Empleando Futuros es un proyecto oficial de la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID) bajo el Contrato Número AID-OAA-I-15-00013 USAID / Honduras Orden No. AID-522-TO-16-00003. Este RFA proporciona a las organizaciones la información necesaria para preparar sus propuestas para participar con el Proyecto Empleando Futuros.
Se llevarán a cabo sesiones de orientación en Tegucigalpa el 17 de abril de 2017 a las 7:30AM en el Hotel Hyatt Salón 1, en Tegucigalpa, Honduras, el 18 de abril de 2017 a las 7:30AM en el Hotel Copantl, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, y el 19 de abril de 2017 a las 7:30AM en el Hotel La Quinta, en La Ceiba, Honduras. La sesión estará diseñada para brindar más información sobre el programa, el proceso de Solicitud de Aplicaciones y el cronograma del programa de subvenciones. Se invita a todos los potenciales solicitantes a que participen y a que informen a Banyan Global acerca de su interés en participar tan pronto como sea posible después del lanzamiento de la convocatoria. Se entiende que los gastos de la participación de posibles postulantes corren por su cuenta. Si se identifica la necesidad, una de las siguientes sesiones de orientación puede llevarse a cabo la tercera semana después de la Solicitud de Aplicaciones y se anunciará a través del sitio web de Banyan Global.
Toda organización solicitante que tenga preguntas y/o aclaraciones sobre el contenido de este RFA debe enviarlas por escrito a la dirección de correo electrónico general de adquisiciones de Banyan Global adquisiciones@banyanglobal.com con atención al Especialista en Subvenciones. Si se determina que la respuesta a cualquier pregunta es de suficiente relevancia para notificar a todos los donatarios prospecto, se emitirá un documento de Preguntas y Respuestas y/o, de ser necesario, se emitirá una enmienda al RFA. Por lo antes descrito, la primera ronda de preguntas y/o aclaraciones se debe remitir por correo electrónico a las 5:00 PM (hora de Honduras) el 28 de abril de 2017. Cualquier información adicional relacionada con este RFA será proporcionada a través de una enmienda al mismo.

Solicitud de Aplicaciones/RFA-Empleando Futuros
Empleando Futuros, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Workforce Development Activity in Honduras, anticipates to award various grants to organizations registered in Honduras that can provide the services for the anticipated at-risk youth training: (1) Recruitment and selection of youth per established demographics; (2) Coordination with external organizations to facilitate trainings for Life Skills and Basic Labor Competencies as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy services, (3) Provide peer mentoring services via an in-house mentor, and (4) Collaborate and coordinate with professional training centers that will provide vocational training in its first grant round of Request for Applications (RFA). Empleando Futuros is an official project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under Contract Number AID-OAA-I-15-00013 USAID/Honduras Task Order No. AID-522-TO-16-00003. This RFA provides the necessary information organizations need to prepare submissions to participate with the Empleando Futuros Project.
Applicant orientation sessions will be held on April 17, 2017 at 7:30AM in Hotel Hyatt Conference Room 1, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, on April 18, 2017 at 7:30AM in Hotel Copantl, San Pedro Sula, Honduras and on April 19, 2017 at 7:30AM in Hotel La Quinta, La Ceiba, Honduras. The session will be designed to provide more detail on the program, the RFA process and the schedule of the grants program. All potential applicants are invited to participate and are encouraged to inform Banyan Global of their intended participation as soon as possible upon release of the RFA. Participation of potential applicants is understood to be at their own expense. If the need is identified one follow-up orientation sessions may be held in the third week after the RFA release and will be announced via the Banyan Global website.
Any prospective applicant organization who has questions and/or clarifications concerning the contents of this RFA should submit them in writing to the Banyan Global’s general procurement email address at adquisiciones@banyanglobal.com with attention to the Grants Specialist. If it is determined that the answer to any question(s) is of sufficient importance to warrant notification to all prospective recipients, a Questions and Answers document, and/or if needed, an amendment to the RFA, will be issued. Therefore the first round of questions and/or clarifications must be submitted via email by 5:00PM (Honduras time) on April 28, 2017. Any additional information regarding this RFA will be furnished through an amendment to this RFA.
