Job placement is the last phase in the Empleando Futuros training cycle, where the youth complete the project. During their internship months, they have follow-ups where they are being supervised and guided by their mentors. During the third and sixth months, the job counseling services continue, where youth are trained to search for job opportunities during group talks and workshops.
