Produced by the USAID-funded Banking on Health project, this video describes the project’s work in Zambia to grow the private health sector by expanding access to financing and business development services. Clinic owners discuss their experiences learning financial and business management skills through Banking on Health’s training and then applying those lessons to grow their practices through expansion, improved profitability, investments in quality, public-private partnerships, and linkages with other providers. Health practitioners and financial institutions collaborate to dispel the notion that the Zambian private health sector is unbankable.
