Banyan Global conducted a gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) analysis and action plan to guide the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Improving Market Partnerships and Access to Commodities Together (IMPACT) program in Madagascar. The GESI analysis investigates how the status of women, men, girls, and boys in Madagascar affects the health commodity supply chain and how a total market approach can address gender inequalities, social inclusion, and women’s economic empowerment to better achieve program objectives.
